On The Call You Will Need;
- A yoga mat to do the exercises together on.
- Be on camera if you want corrections, adjustments, and feedback. No nudity on camera allowed.
- An empty stomach is needed. Please do NOT eat 4 hours before the workshop. Subtle energy can't be felt when digesting food.
- This will be a primarily interactive session with less theory. Please show up in a private space ready to participate. A laptop over the phone is recommended.
